Return/ Exchange Policy

Our refund and return policy is valid for 3 days from the date of purchase. After this period, we will not be able to process a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • It must be returned in its original packaging.

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, magazines).
  • Intimate or sanitary products.
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids and gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards.
  • Downloadable software products.
  • Certain health and personal care items.

Return Process Requirements: To complete a return, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send the product directly back to the manufacturer.


Partial Refunds

In specific circumstances, only partial refunds may be issued:

  • Books with visible signs of use.
  • Opened CDs, DVDs, video games, software, or vinyl records.
  • Items not in their original condition, or missing parts due to reasons other than our error.
  • Items returned more than 3 days after delivery.

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a specified timeframe.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card provider, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
  3. Reach out to your bank, as processing delays may occur.

Sale Items

Only full-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, please contact us at our facebook page and send the item to our return address.


Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the returned item. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
  • If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver to pass along later, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.

Return Shipping

To return an item, mail it to our address.

  • Customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
  • For higher-value items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return.
